Menu inserts - take my money and forget about me

I wish to advise you that I think your service to the public is disgusting.
I paid money into your account on the 12th APRIL 2013 and after two e-mails and still no reply from you - I have only received the sleeves to-day. 15/05/2013.
That is almost ONE MONTH later. SHOCKING.
On the slip from the Post Office your company only posted them to me on the 6 May 2013 - disgusting.
We will not be doing business with you in the future.
