On 20 Dec 2013 I ordered a Real Deal Meaty Double stack from Sunnyshell Emmarentia, not realising that it differs from the "Something Meaty" Pizza and contains a foodstuff that I'm allergic to. I returned the pizza and Nergish (branch manager) was very kind and understanding and replaced the pizza for me for one that I can eat with no hassle, only a smile.
Even though she could just as easily declined to assist, as it was mostly my mistake, She came through and helped. Thank you Nergish, and Debonairs, for being kind.
