SERVICE CHARGE

We have a alarm response with ADT we pay a month Fee. We have had a problem with birds getting into our Gym. So we get charged R200 rand more per month. We have had the alarm checked so it is not the alarm. I phoned your accounts today a lady by the name of. S Barnard told me that we must block were the bird comes in. How can you do this when it is a roller door. She told me that if we don't want to pay then we can tell them it is the bird and they will not come out. So I told her that if they break in then what. She told me that I must phone capetown so some one can come out see if they can move the beams. Well first of all birds don't walk on floors. Then I ask her to give me the Directors no she told me no she will not give me it. I just think that we should not be charged more when we paying for a service already. Other alarm company don't charge you so why does ADT .I would like you to please fix this out. Or we will have to find a company that will not charge us
