My mum hybby and i togther with my daughter decided to go to mug and bean at greenstone mall, we all placed out orders my mum fist asked for chicken toast sandwhich but then asked the waiter to please change it for a omlette with BEEF strips, and we all placed our ordered to, when the omlette came with CHICKEN STRIPS inside [ not what we asked for} and chicken toast also came and haashbrowns??? i was furious because firstly the waiter didnt have the time to listern to out order and brought wrong food secondly when the R498.00 bill came they still charged us for the beef strips and not chicken strips which they wrongly put in the omlette together with all the other we didnt order!!
bad pathetic service i will never come back to you stor, i rather go to mug and bean the glen
