19:00 we ordered two large pizza's from the Rondebosch St. Elso's. After 1.5 hours we still didn't receive it, we phoned but apparently the manager was at Pick-n-Pay and couldn't handle the issue. We asked if they still expected us to pay for delivery and the girl just said a manager must authorize that decision and he's not there.
After a while the pizza's came, we paid in full and for delivery because the delivery guy said if we don't pay for delivery he doesn't get paid (unfair!). The pizza's were cold and very small (we know the normal size because we always order large).
According to the girl whom we spoke to the manager will phone us back, doubt if that's going t happen.. Worst pizza, worst service, don't waste your time or money.
