I went to the above KFC branch sometimes last week to buy my kids (3 & 5 years old respectively) supper, I ordered 2 kiddies meals, which they enjoyingly devoured within minutes, and we were later joined by my wife who further bought us supper (a family meal) and ice creams for the little ones, but nature called, my son needed to wee (urinate), whereby my wife requested access to the toilet from the lady who was cleaning that night and she blatantly replied by saying that there were no toilts for customers, since they have never worked for the past 4 months. However, since my wife is not a yes man, she compeled my son to use the the cleaning bucket that the lady was using to mop the floor and all broke loose, we were mocked, called names which was insulting. One lady even shouted to the security to come down, for someone was sheating in the bucket, my minor son was only urinating in the bucket. My question is why do they continue doing business if they do not have the necessary ablution facililities for their clients, or is it because since most of the patrons were blacks and did not deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
