On friday evening or should i say Saturday Morning i purchased a bucket of 6 castle lite but i got a bucket of ice and no beer. i understood that on busy nights we are all human the bar lady made a mistake i am only disappointed by the fact that even when i honestly and humbly brought the matter to her manager instead of the manager dealing with it proffesionally he had to go rewind the camera he took almost a hour but only to come back and accuse me of then he said and i quote "you are nothing a nobody you can not do anything" he even threaten to attack me after i told him i am going to report this matter just before i left. My question is now if a leader has to mislead his people to iltreat their customers like that and considering that the bar lady offered us another bucket when he(Sizwe) took too long viewing the camera, accepting that he made a mistake People are taking advantage of us consumers out there and if its worth something i believe something should be done
