KFC Melkbos must be the worst KFC branch i have ever dealt with! Last week Wednesday 19 June 2013 on my mothers birthday, I called Melkbos KFC to arrange an order for a KFC 21 piece bucket at 18h30 and informed the man who answered the phone that i will be there to collect shortly, as numerous times we get to KFC Melkbos and have to wait over 45min for a 21 piece bucket. We live literally 10min away from the KFC. Arrived at the KFC at about 18h42, gave the teller behind the counter my name and told him that i was here to collect, the supervisor rudley told me that we took too long and they sold our KFC 21 piece bucket to someone else! I then argued this as we called in 12min prior to place the order and whether or not the KFC bucket was cold by the time we got there or not, the fact remains that we placed an order telephonically and expected our KFC 21 piece bucket ready for collection when we got there. We then had to wait another 30min for a new bucket to be fried and packed up. This is not the first time i recieved bad service and awful, dry or over-oily food from KFC Melkbos. Myself or my family and friends will NOT purchase from KFC Melkbosstrand EVER again! I am very unhappy!
