I placed an order (value of R173) through Debonaires' website and already paid for it with my credit card. It clearly says on the website that your pizza is free if it is not delivered in 40 minutes if you live within a 5km radius of Debonaires. I then received an email with my electronic receipt and an sms saying that Kuils River received my order. After an hour (18:40pm) I cantacted debonaires and asked where my order was as I placed it an hour ago. The manager then called back and said that they were experiencing technical difficulties and that a technician was there earlier that day to check out the problem, she then repeated my exact order which according to her they never received. Another hour later (19:40) the delivery came and the delivery guy demanded that we must pay him although it was already paid for and we showed him the receipt. He then contacted the branch and they said that it was not paid for. We then called the manager again after he stormed out with an attitude (taking the pizzas with him) and the manager was very apologetic. He then after 15min came back and delivered the pizzas and left again. I am very unhappy with the service and want my money back.
