Have to say that I really think KFC Okovango (Brackenfell- Cape Town) must be the worst KFC in the world! There service is unprofessional and the food they serve is from an very poor quality. We usually buy staff meals every 2nd or so Saturday from this KFC. But have to say after this Saturday I will not support or recommend anyone I know to them. Have frequently in the past received poor service from unprofessional staff and this weekend the chicken was from so an poor quality. Not cleaned at all, still had little hair on the pieces and was swimming in the oil. My staff couldn't even eat it. and had to dump it! Really useless KFC in all departments. Will not support them again!
