I love KFC, but every single time I go to the Parow branch the store is always dirty and you wait one hour to receive your food. This is unacceptable! You ask the manager why do we have to wait so long for our food with a bad attitude it is always please be patient. Yet the staff works in slow motion and allows the food to pile up before attending to it. Once you get your order and you check it one still finds that the order is wrong, as there are still tomatoes on your burger and mayonaise on your burger even though you as a customer stated you do not want it. I am upset that this place looks modern but the service is from the Stone Age. I hope this gets attended to.
