The order was delayed. I watched one customer buying after me leaving with an order. On enquiry she (Busisiwe), whom i ordered from just looked around for the order lying around and put them on the counter and moved on to serve others- with no apology. While she was busy with other customers, I had to interject and ask her to serve me in a tray since in my initial order i said i was gonna eat there. Again, without any apology or remorse she looked for the tray, shoved it under my order and continued with other customers. There and there I was in total dillema - "return the order and demand my money or starve!? " Already I have been indecisive about what to eat, "should i go Steers or pizza just next to them, but chose Steers. I set and ate the meal very disgruntled. While "shoving" angrily, I saw the very same lady leaving the counter to tray-deliver a meal to one white gentleman in very same seat that i had occupied during the long wait to my meal. That got me extremely gaat vol and I had to relate the story to the manager. He apologised. However, will he instill discipline especially after telling me she is one of their best and on my departure "u will come back again neh? "
