Tuesday night was a utter disappointment for me! As a avid spur fan i decide to take my girlfriend out for dinner! we arrived and were seated and everything was fine till the time came to order our meals!! we ordered what we thoughtwould be amazing food! but sadly when it arrived it was a complete stuff up, the food i ordered had been switched with hers (her meat was rare instead of well done and her 200g steak was 270g and inturn my meat was well done and only 200g) and we couldnt exactly swop steaks cos of the toppings and extras!! we then just had to make do seeing as our waiter then disappeared till it was time to pay the bill, we didnt get asked for drinks in our meals or anything or if the food was ok, we hardly got to speak to a manager either seeing as she was so busy dealing with the furious guy next to us complaining about his terrible service too!!! when we did get to speak to her all we got told was oh im sorry about that! and she too disappeared!! and saying it was a busy time etc wont just cut it because it was early and the restuarant wasnt really full at all!! sorry to say but this is like the fourth bad experience iv had at spur! dissapointed to say the least!!!
