Why pay for no service?

I am very disappointed in the service I received from ABSA Insurance. On the 16th of March 2013 I reported damage to my property in Hibberdene. I received a claim no 2354219 on 2013/03/18.
On 2013/03/20 Allen Sims of t/a Hlope phoned me. On 2013/03/21 He visited the damage property
2013/03/26 Cunningham Lindey assessors was appointed
2013/04/03 Assessor Shawn Badenhorst made an appointment.
2013/04/03 15.39 he cancelled and a new assessor, Pieter was appointed.
2013/04/10 He made an appointment for 10:00
2013/04/12 I phoned Michell at ABSA to get feedback. She promised to return my call but no respons.
2013/04/15 I phoned Michell again, still no response
Up to today no respons and no feedback. I have spend over R500 on telephone calls without any luck. I am still waiting for response. The report from the assessors were sent on 2013/04/12
I tried phoning and e-mailing Michell from 2013/04/16 to 2013/04/23 but no response or feedback
After 6 weeks my property has not been repaired. I am still in the dark. Nobody can tell me anything. But I am still paying my insurance.
