Unhappy With Service

I went on to the website to apply for a phone and they stated that my basic salary should be R5000 and mine is a little more than that, i then phoned in and the agent advised that my nett income has to be R5500.Yet i have a staff account with First National Bank and some of my Collagues that earns in the same bracket as me qualified for a phone.
