I am absolutely disgusted at the "service" I have received from Standard Bank. Simple queries turn into weeks of non response and phone calls to the branch to assist. The absolute best is that even the manager cannot ease issues. I placed a secure message in mid October to move money from a notice account to a linked savings account. After a week of no response I called the branch, after a brief chat to the manager explaining that this kind of "service" had been offered to me before he apologised and PROMISED to call back. I missed 1 call that day and I received no other calls. Any further attempt to contact me might have been too much. How negligent can a person be? Its no wonder the staff don't bother... There is no leader to follow.
