Not linking accounts

My accounts opened in December 2012 are still not linked to my business profile. It is now over 4 months and they are useless to me - what else must can I do to get them linked?

Hi Indran / Kamlesh

I have opened these accounts in December 2012, it is now May 2013 and it is still not linked? Any luck we can get the two accounts 62389066103 and 62389068448 linked to my business profile 4747@2358?

I have had no feedback from online banking as yet.

Obviously my efforts so far has been in vain and I do not see anybody doing anything to resolve it quickly?

If they are not linked they are useless to me? Who do I complain to next?
