Good attitude and helpful staff

I called into the call centre to update my personal details. The consultant was very friendly. She explained the things i did not understand and was very accomodating regarding information that i did not have on hand and afforded me the opportunity to call back once i had it.
Keep up the good service. Service with a smile (even over the phone).
