ACCOUNT CLOSURE

I TOOK OUT A CELL PHONE CONTRACT (BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE) WITH BLUE OCT 2010 ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED ON THE 7TH OF NOVEMBER 2012 BUT THEY WANTED TO DEBIT ME FOR DECEMBER WHICH IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE DONE FOR AN AMOUNT OF R330, I KNOW GO THROUGH OF BEING ANNOYED BY THEIR DEBT COLLETECTORS WHO HAVE BLACKLISTING ME FOR THIS AMOUNT THAT I DONT EVEN KNOW ABOUT, I HAVE LOGGED THIS QUERY TO SUPERVISORS FROM DECEMBER 31 2012 WHO ARE ALSO WAITING FOR THEIR FINANCIAL ADMIN TO OVERIDE THIS AMOUNT, 4 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING, CAN IT REALLY TAKE THIS LONG FOR SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT TO BE CLEARED, THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE, CAN I GET SOME ONE WITH GREATER INFLUENCE TO REPLY AND ADVISE BECAUSE I HAVE HAD IT AND IM NOT WILLING TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!
