My car which was under Wesbank's finance got and my insurance FULLY settled my outstanding loan balance on 27 March 13. On the 27 April 13 (a month later), Wesbank had the audacity to deduct another monthly instalment of R 3966 from my bank account, conveniently overlooking that they've been settled fully. On Monday morning (29 April), I called Wesbank and got 'assistance' from Zaid Dangor, and requested that they return these funds into my bank account- he tells me they'll only return these funds after 72 hours. This is unacceptable and I'm very disappointed at that nobody apologised to me for this deduction error. Even Zaid's manager, Ngawa Sikazwe, did not apologise for causing me such an inconvenience. I'm an FNB customer, Wesbank and FNB belong under the same umbrella, why can't they return my money and have it reflect into my bank account instantly. I expected better service than that from Wesbank.
