No communication and bad service

This is my second report. After I had to phone around to find out the progress of my car I went in to pick it up and paid my excess. ( as this is a month before I would have received my out bonus im not going to get it anymore). A week after I had my car back I received first emails to say my car is booked in then to say it is still in progress and then that i have collected my car!!! I as told that the legal department will contact me about my excess and hat ill happen. No calls was received. I phoned today and the lady working on my claim at the legal department just said to me (their client) that sorry you do not have a foot to stand and and they are not going to do anything about my claim!!! This is truly bull! This was not my fault. She told me that I must remember outsurance lost money through my claim. Lets see who lost money??? MMMMMmmmmmm... THIS IS THE REASON WHY I WILLLLLL MOVE TO ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY!!!
