FEES RIP OFF

Having added the "Health Wallet" to my profile without any request or permission from myself. Proceeded to debit my account R180 for Annual fees (putting my account into debit in the process which attracted more fees)
Having battled for approximately three months this facility has now bee cancelled, and three weeks ago I was ensured this fee would be credited to my account, to date this has yet to happen. When querying this last week I was told that due to a "system glithch: " it would be impossible to indicate when these monies would be credited to my account. Very convenient isn't it.
Another example how easily it is to charge fees (ILLEGALLY), but almost impossible to recover them.
