My car refused to start after doing some shopping with my young daughter. Thankfully we were at a busy shopping centre during the day. I called Outsurance immediately and spoke to Steven Kabini. Never having used my insurance provider in the past I wasn't sure if they would even be able to assist. Steven confirmed that Outsurance would indeed be able to assist by sending a tow truck to where I was. Furthermore, he assured me that it wouldn't cost me a thing as Outsurance would cover the cost. Not only was I enlivened to be getting help, I w also so glad that it wouldn't have a financial impact on me. Steven was a real star. He called me every 5 mins to check up on us, right until the tow truck arrived. Even doing a follow up call once we were headed home. Thank you Outsurance and THANK YOU Steven Kabini!
