Telesure will bend over backwards. Excellent!

A big thanks to Marwaan Brown at Telesure for going to great trouble to extend the vehicle inspection period on my car when I phoned him at approx 17h45 Friday afternoon. This had to be done because of poor service I experienced from Glasfit. I took my car for its insurance inspection on Friday 26/04/2013 at 16h30 at Glasfit Cape Town. The branch manager refused to do my insurance inspection and said they are closing. The process involves the customer to complete a form with his/her details, and the Glasfit assistant to check that the registration and VIN number is correct. This process takes up to 5 minutes. I asked the manager again to please assist me since my car won't be comprehensively insured for the weekend, thus I am at risk. I could see from his attitude that he is not interested in helping me. I told him that I am not going to support their branch again if this is his attitude. He then laughed and closed the shopfront in front of me. I then phoned Glasfit head offices at 0860123423 and lodged my complaint. The assistant at head office said the situation is unacceptable and they are supposed to be open till 17h00. No further explanation from Glasfit regarding this matte
