I had a client who was very far from inspection centres and Cindy assisted the client by calling Glasfit to find out if they have any inspection centres close to our client. She managed to find one close to the client as it wasn't listed on the system but Glasfit in Auckland park confirmed they do inspections and will be more than happy to assist the client. Cindy passed on the address and tel no's which Glasfit provided her with. My client was very happy that the underwriter went out of her way to assist her further. Thank you for the added effort.
