Unacceptable Servic

On the 16th January 3013 I attempted to contact the FNB Gateway branch to query whether my card is available for collection. After 10 minutes the call was answered only to be placed on hold without me explaining a word. I recently changed from Standard Bank. I am beginning to question whether or not i made the correct decision. I cannot even access my account through cellphone baking as I am yet to recieve my card. It has been 5 days. It is either i get service within 24 hours or I move my account from FNB.
