I joined outsurance as of 1 August 2013, my laptop, ipad and cellphone was from my vehicle. I was told that I am covered when if I smash my vehicle into a Ferrari, yet I was not told that if someone steals from my vehicle I am not covered, that I was suppose to have asked for the cover called "Out and About". Spoke to Gareth yesterday, he did not call me back as promised. I called today and spoke to Eugene, who told me that their sales agents are coached for cross selling on the "out and about" cover. This was never mentioned to me. The quality of the sales call in my prfessional opinion was disgusting, don't know why I accepted the cover. If this is the manner which outsurance does business then I'm definitely OUT and going back to my previous insurer. After the claim gets rejected, I receive an email to rate the service I received, that is an insult.
