Continued Debit orders despite debt review notice

I have been fighting with African Bank since December 2012 about the debit orders that continue to be deducted from my bank account despite them having acknowledged that I am under Debt Review on 15 December 2012 already. these rejected payment fees continue to pile up and eat away at an already strained budget. I have on numerous occasions called into African Bank and asked them to cancel all debit orders and to reimburse me the bank charges for the bad payments now reflecting poorly on myself and contradicting my attempt to rehabilitate my credit rating. I have also sent a Letter to instruct African Bank to cease and desist and my Debt Counselor has also done this on a monthly basis. This is unreasonable and I want a speedy resolution to this matter.
