I had a query on the double deductions on my account for Dec and he sorted it out for me. He also explained to me about the increase on my premium which is due in January. He assisted with giving me the best premium under the circumstances. He also made me aware that for being a loyal customer i qualify for a mi-rewards in Jan 14 and he forwarded me the documents relevant to the queries mentioned above.
