Good moring again Peter. I already contacted you about a third party claim at mutual and federal. They contacted me and 8 days ago an assesor went out to assess the motorcycle. when i heard nothing from then i contacted them again yesterday. I spoke to Ettienne and he said someone will call me back yesterday. Needless to say nobody called. I spoke to Ettiene again this morning and he said Niel Wyngaardt will resend me a email. I have not received ANY email from any one at Mutual and federal nevermind the one Niel said he had already sent me. we are at dire straits with them as we submitted the claim on January 21 of this year. My husband is still suffering from his injuries and we are still left in the dark about our claim
