I have been trying to do my transactions for the past 5 days. Your system allows me to log on and then logs me off before I even do any transection. This is unacceptable for a Bank that is well trusted by South Africans. I am a business person and I need to pay my employees now because I don't have time to go to an Absa branch. This customer care line also doesn't work. I have been put on hold for the past 30 minutes. This is totally unacceptable and frustrating.
