We've been on debt counseling for about 5 years now at Octagen and have never received a statement nor any feedback on how much we are still owing nor to where our money is going to. We asked for statements on numerous occasions with no response, not even threatening them with lawyers help they just don't give a!
The last resort we have reached now is canceling the Debit order by the bank and doing it on our own. that way at least we know where our money is going to and what we are owing to who.
Octagen has done absolutely nothing but take our money, they will promise you that they will negotiate lower interest rates and lower the total debt but they don't worst of all is they charge you for it!!!
Octagen Is by far the worst Debt Counseling service around and hopefully someone will read this together with the other COMPLAINTS and realize Octagen is one big and NEVER join there so called business.
O no wait they are a business - the business of RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND TAKING THEM FOR A RIDE!!
We will be taking the matter up with the NCR.
