Never in my life have I ever been so inconvenienced, I lost my phone & reported the phone this was over the weekend on Monday I called 24HR mobility. They told me where & what I need to mail them which I did, today 24/04/2013 3 days later I am still struggling with them to get my phone, there is no one taking ownership for the query and to make it worse they are all telling me to go to MTN and ask which phone costs 5400 as they can help me from their side. And oh the cherry on top is that I always have to call them & they attitude is out of this world
