I am really fed up with how long it takes to receive a quotation when calling MiWay. I am currently on the call right now and so far it has taken 35 minutes of my time. There is so much boiler plate that is fed to me over the phone regarding terms and conditions and the rest of the blah blah. I want a quotation first. Once I make the decision to purchase the product, I'm happy to then listen to the boilerplate but not before.
