Disgusted by the slow response from budget, aswell as incompetance of their staff, I asked 3 simple questions, they reply with my yearly increase of my insurance, no answers to any questions asked, then, I refrase the question so that any 4 year old can understand, and the answer, well, again, nothing to do with my question, therefore I think its best to get an insurance provider that undestands plain simply english, imagin if I have to claim, what a headache that will be. No thank u budget, I'm done.
