The phone handling was superb, his patience was very good, easy to talk to, very good mannered person and i will definately recommend my friends to 1life for it`s great service and very friendly consultants. He sold me a funeral package that i am very happy with and in future i would really appreciate it if the service stays the same because that`s the kind of service attracts more customers.
