My husband joined Clientele to get legal assistance as he is self employed. He spoke to the consultant and explained why he wants to join. The consultant phoned me as well so that I can supply him with our banking details. I explained that my husband works for himself and needs help when clients refuse to pay for services.
Today I phoned to enquire how to go about when a client refuses to pay and I was informed that Clientele does not assist with business matters.
Should we not have been told this the day we joined???
I would like to cancel this policy.
