Promises but no action?

While dealing with a claim, Leanne was appointed.

She has been unavailable, has hardly ever reponded to calls and messages.

I called today (Tues) was promised a call back.

She called back and then had to refer to her manager. I am still awaiting the follow up.

We have had two claims in the past month, one of which was rejected due to an embarrassing error that we made and accept.

The service surrounding both claims warrants an urgent face to face meeting with senior Amsure management.

Unfortunately, this is the only way to communicate.
