With the promo at large from Outsurence that they pay you R400 if they can't beat your current insurence premium offer - I called but hopping to get a good deal. Unfortunately, once they picked up that they could not beat the competitor premium the gentleman that I was on the phone suddenly lost his composure and said he needed to speak to his manager. Came back after a while and said another urgent would be calling me to really double-check the offer I had said I had (in a few moments trust had gone out of the window). Needless to say they haven't called until today - a week or two down the line. Apparently it was meant to be R800 becaused I had asked to cover two cars (BMW 118 & 320D). Outsurence, not the way to do business - by promoting yourselves through promises difficult for you to keep!
