I have an outstanding claim since January 2013

A client of Trustco, bumped into my car, after submitting all the documents, and they confirming that they had received them, they assigned my claim (6091844), to Gavin Busang, who had made no attempts whatsoever to have this issue sorted.

He organised an assessor to come and evaluate the damages, which happened, since then I have received no feedback or responses from Gavin or Trustco, after the assessor disclosed after his evaluation, it should not take more than 5 working days to have this claim sorted, this was almost 5 weeks ago. I call them almost on a daily basis, leave messages and write emails, which is always delivered but no feedback.

I then escalated the matter to Aadil, whom I'm told is the manager, however, I also have received no feedback from him. My car is still damaged and Trustco still ignores my messages and calls to have this sorted.

I can understand that every business gets extremely busy at times, but this is ridiculous and not a good way of doing business.

Could someone, anyone, from Trustco please give me an answer as to when my car will be repaired?
