Cellphone not working after one day

After receiving a Blackberry 9320 on the 7/08/2013 from bayport it gave me a error JVM 517. I removed the battery and sim card reset the phone it did not help. The contact centre was not availible over the weekend. I contact them and was told that it could take up to 21 days to repair it. they will not excange the the phone it first needs to be returned to them. Up until now I have not been contacted by anybody as to when will they collect the phone. So I think it is really bad service from there part
