We signed up with Kings insurance last year, about a month after that we got hit with a massive hail storm in the east rand. (Boksburg)
We phoned them and advised them about the hail damage,
It comes across as they dont want to contact us at all, after numerous emails which I in return forward them all to the ombudsman so that they can see we are trying for almost 6 months to get ANYTHING out of them, seeing that NO ONE at KP wanted to help us.
I feel like they are understaffed and way under trained as it cant take almost 6 months to TRY and do a claim from them. NO SERVICE delivery at ALL from KP.
Im still waiting to see if they CAN deliver a service seeing that after ALL those emails and I still have a damaged car yet you pay them every month.
It will be hilarious to see a quick response here on Hellopeter where everyone can see how bad the service is from KP - yet it takes 6 months to get feedback from my claim I submitted? Ofcourse you will give a quick response here, however I will like to see the quick response on my previous 10 email send to KP since November last year.
