My complaint is with ABSA Insurance that are very happy to take my premium but now that I need repairs done, are not at all willing to help.
Severe hail storm damage broke 3 windows and between 50 and 60 roof tiles. I submitted a claim immediately. A claim number was sms"d to me.
Whenever I try and get hold of someone at the hoc claims number they say someone will get back to me and they just dont. I have sent at least two emails a week and now I am looking to go to the insurance Ombudsman as I just get NO response.
