I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Itumeleng Mokone for all his persistance and understanding throughout my claim. Even thou I may have been impatient at times he was able to give considerable explanations throughout my plea, his assertive approach is what really stood out for me hence i was able to understand each process which took place. I believe such hard working individuals work should not pass unnoticed, he is a valuable asset to the company indeed. Keep up the good work Itumeleng!
