How many times must I FICA

I have a problem with you guys, i was asked to FICA my account but this has previously been done 3 times already and this being the 4th time, I was asked to fax my proof of address in which i done, then called telephone banking and asked why does this need to be done and if i go in can i go in with my drivers licence as i do not have my id with me and i have was told no and i need to still go in, i was given the relationship managers details of the durban branch and when i called there and spoke to Roshini who didnt let me finish what i was sying put me through to Cindy upon asking her she says hey no longer have files and i need to come in, my question is why when i have done this and 1 of my statements have the correct address so surely you guys have the correct details, she did not bother to check on my details and told me that they are calling all the old customers asking them to do so. then went on to talk about internal politics which is not my business. it is disguting that 3 times this has been done and now i must be inconvenienced yet again, she also asked me who i done my fica with how am i to remember? i think this is poor service
