Fantastic Service Despite Being Offline

I just want to give credit where it is due. I went in to Standard Bank Greenstone on Saturday morning, and after standing in the queue at enquiries we were advised that the system is offline and they wouldn't be able to assist us. I then decided to try my luck and wait for a consultant, and after a few minutes I met with Ester. She was very apologetic about the systems being slow, and even though she couldn't assist me with one of my requests, she promised to call me as soon as they were back online and she could access the information. She called back later that same day.

Thank you to Ester for going the extra mile, and actually calling back when you said you would. She exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. She has a great attitude, and gives 10/10 service!
