We had a very bad hail storm in October last year. I reported the damaged to the glazing and roofs the very next day. The glazing was fixed within days and then the big wait came. After nearly 3 months the roofs got fixed in the meantime the electricity got damaged in the one section where the roof was damaged. This I also reported and I submitted the electrical quote on the 24th of January 2013. I had to resubmit it on the 9th April 2013 because of the time span and also the person that do the approvals can not translate Afrikaans. Since the first submission of the extended claim up to now I keep on getting this line " I will submit your quotation for approval". We are struggling without electricity and nothing gets done on there side.
