Bad service and inconviniencing the custome

On the 2nd of december 2012 at 06.40am. I deposited money (R1800) at a standard bank ATM in carloton centre, it wasn't my first time. I received an sms immediately about the details of the transaction. i misplaced my slip since i didn't think it was something serious. the money didnt reflect on my account immediately, i thought it was going to reflect after 3 days. I waited and nothing happened. I went to the branch to report incident, their findings were that the money was there in the ATM its just that i didnt put it inside the envelop. They said they need to envestigate if i am the right account holder. I was helped by the lady called Gigi at the branch and the person on the ATM was Muzi. Time passed, nothing happened. they said the money isn't there for some reasons i dont understand. They said i should do an affidavit to give me a goodwill payment of which later it was declined. They only told me this yesterday after countless attempts to resolve the matter. I'm not sure why they let me to go through all this trouble knowing that they wont pay me.it took them more than a month to make their decision, they advised me to complain. Reference no:1133790
