My claim not re-assessed

I complained to Hello Peter and the Aon people called me the following day and promised to re-assess my claim. However, they still refered to the initial decision and therefore did not re-evaluate my claim.

Im therefore still not happy and they have not even given me written reasons for re-declining my claim. They also insult me by letting a trainee send me the reply.
