I took a personal with FNB in 2011 NOV, it was a 12 months agremment and to date the laon is still running, I have never skipped a payment and the only interuption Im aware of is a payment holiday they gave to clients in december 2012, I have requested the call center to advise how much in total was paid but they were unable to advise becouse they cant view statements on their system for up to 12 months or longer, i was refered to a branch of which in return was unable to assist in refered me to collections and gave me 087 575 0091 for statements, Im not happy becouse FNB should be able to advise how much was paid and why the loan is still running
The current balance is chargres in relation to the loan though the capital balance has been paid up, I want FNB to calculate how much has been paid and refund me any over payments asap and close of the personal laon as on my profile it still indicates a balance of R107.99 and this this has been re occering every month
This makes me wonder how many clients are affected and how much they have made with the practice, FNB shoudl be reported to NCR for violating the rules of lending
